Yes, depending on the season and the villa owners. There is usually a minimum stay of 7 nights. During peak season (The Holidays), minimums are usually between 10-14 nights. Shorter stays are sometimes possible but please contact us to verify with the owner.
It depends on the villa owner and its location. Some owners may place age restrictions or ask for liability waivers. Please refer to the appropriate villa page for exact information.
In general, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The balance should be paid from 30-60 days prior to arrival (depending on the island). In case you cancel before the 30-60 days, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel less than 30-60 days prior to arrival, we will require 100% of the stay. We provide a travel insurance working for bad weather, disease, death, etc…). Feel free to ask us as we highly recommend it.
In any cases, we ask you to contact us directly by phone or email to inform us. Then, depending on the villa, there might be a property manager to help you immediately with your problem (electrical matter, break, et…).
In Guadeloupe and Martinique, this is an additional service and there is generally a final cleaning fee. Some villas will offer daily cleaning in the price and others will provide maid service twice or three times per week. It depends of the villa so please ask us or check the villa listing.
In St Barts and St Martin, all the villas include daily maid service in the rate.
We will block the amount on your credit card for the caution but we won’t charge it. Only if there is a damage in the villa.
Discounts are at the discretion of the property owner and we will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may also be considered for stays longer than 7 or 14 nights and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
