Villa Amandara St Martin is a brand new, architecturally stunning, 5 bedroom villa with a spectacular location on a bluff in Terres Basses overlooking the scenic beauty of Baie Rouge beach and Marigot Bay.
The breathtaking 180 degree ocean view greets you from the spacious open -plan kitchen and living area, situated on the main level, opening out through large glass sliding doors to a covered terrace with super comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful mosaic lined infinity-edge pool.
There is also an outside dining area with a fabulous ocean backdrop and seating for 12 and gorgeous day beds for sun lounging. The main level also houses a media room with 70” plasma TV.
Of the 5 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 are located on the main level, each with en-suite baths while the two master suites also feature open-air bath tubs and showers. All 5 bedrooms are housed under one roof and can be accessed from the interior making the house ideal for families.
The 5th bedroom is part of an apartment suite, located on the lower level with its own kitchen and lounging terrace. This lower level also houses the “man cave” games room with a 70” plasma TV, a mini-bar with a large swim- window into the pool, table tennis and foosball (baby foot) and a comfortable seating area with a sun deck and ocean view.
Additional highlights include a volleyball and petanque/bocce court located in the landscaped gardens and a lawn large enough for soccer/football with a goal.
