The Papaya Villa is a true haven of peace, ideal for a completely relaxing holiday. Inspired by a Creole-contemporary style, it harmoniously blends tropical atmosphere and modern comfort. Located on a hill, in the heart of a residential area, it offers a spectacular panorama while preserving total privacy, without overlooking neighbours. Built with a pine frame, exposed beam structure and a vast deck of over 200 m², it reflects the owners' love of wood, which creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. Facing the Caribbean Sea, it invites serenity and dreams from the moment of arrival, thanks to its friendly ambiance in perfect harmony with the peaceful island environment.

The villa's interior is designed to highlight the sea view. The main room, bright and spacious, includes a fully equipped American kitchen and a welcoming living room. The villa has four bedrooms, sober and comfortable. The master bedroom, open to the terrace, features a 160x200 bed with mosquito net, a dressing room and an elegant bathroom with corner bathtub. The second bedroom, with light tones, is equipped with two 80x200 beds, while the third, smaller room, is a children's bedroom with a trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room decorated in an ethnic style with light brown mosaics and an animal frieze, where two glass washbasins rest on a brown wooden unit. At the end of the deck, an independent 20 m² cottage offers a mini suite with an air-conditioned sleeping area with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with integrated toilet, all in soothing pearl grey and white tones.

The covered terrace is the true heart of the villa. Facing the sea, it allows full enjoyment of the tropical climate, in the shade of the sun. A wicker lounge area invites you to savour a local aperitif, while a teak table welcomes outdoor meals. The vast deck, bordered by cacti, alpinia, frangipani, multiplying plants, aloe and bougainvillea, is a space dedicated to relaxation and well-being. In the centre, a pool with rounded shapes offers refreshing baths, all in an idyllic setting where the blue of the Caribbean Sea blends with the vibrant green of lush vegetation.
