The ground floor comprises two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, an additional shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large TV lounge opening onto a covered terrace.
Upstairs, five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are available. Two of them boast a large terrace with sea views. All are elegantly decorated and equipped with storage closets and TVs.
The highlight of the villa is its top floor: a rooftop terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and distant islands. It's the ideal spot for a rejuvenating sunrise yoga session or a sunset cocktail. This partially covered space also includes a summer kitchen and a dining table for al fresco meals.
Occupying a 3500m² plot, Villa Paula ensures absolute tranquility, with no overlooking neighbors. Enjoy peace and privacy, whether around the pool or on the rooftop.
A caretaker takes care of the outdoor maintenance and ensures the proper functioning of the house's facilities.
Villa Paula also offers two studios of 25 sqm each, accommodating up to 2 people per studio. Located below the garden, each studio includes a private bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette, and a small terrace. Please note that the studios can only be rented as part of the main villa and cannot be booked separately.
