Our stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, every detail exceeded our expectations.
I am an absolute stickler for cleanliness, especially when traveling with children, and I had no reason to worry whatsoever. The home was impeccable when we arrived — clearly maintained with great care. Our local hosts graciously arranged for additional cleanings during our stay. Each time, Stephane and Christelle personally walked the cleaners through the home and kindly helped bridge any language barriers for us as English speakers. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. They truly could not have been more gracious and hospitable. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with fresh produce from their garden — such a warm and generous touch. Throughout our stay, they messaged us recommendations for events around the island, helping us better experience Guadeloupe. Any minor issue we had, Stephane was just a text away and somehow solved it like magic. His warmth and responsiveness made us feel completely at ease. We are also incredibly grateful for the kind and consistent communication from Manuel at Prestige Villa. Everything was seamless from booking through departure. As for the home itself — it is exactly as pictured, if not better. The amenities are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We never rent villas but this experience completely changed our perspective. We would return to this home and the island in a heartbeat. |
