The interior of the villa is a warm and welcoming living space, where the kitchen, living room, and dining room unite in perfect harmony. The vanilla-coloured lacquered kitchen elegantly integrates, accompanied by a generously cushioned sofa and a large wooden table surrounded by bistro chairs, creating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail has been designed to combine comfort and aesthetics.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, designed to offer brightness and serenity. The master bedroom, decorated in white and beige tones, offers a restful view of the pool and an adjoining shower room with natural hues. The second bedroom, elegant and refined, is equipped with a 160x200 bed and bedside tables adorned with pretty lamps. The third bedroom, ideal for children or friends, has two 90x190 beds. These two bedrooms share a shower room with WC, combining practicality and comfort.

Outside, the vast terrace is the heart of the villa. Framed by lush vegetation, it transforms into a true outdoor living and dining room, perfect for enjoying meals in complete conviviality or relaxing to the rhythm of the trade winds. The Villa Rosa Blanca, entirely on one level and ultra-contemporary, is located in a paradisiacal setting. Offering direct access to the beach, it allows you to fully enjoy the wonders of the Caribbean Sea. With its 260 m², this luxury villa can accommodate up to 8 people in an atmosphere combining comfort and modernity.

The main room, designed like a gallery, is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows that open to the outside. This vast space is designed to offer an indoor-outdoor experience, with an unobstructed view of the sea and direct access to the terrace. The living room, decorated with clean lines and soft colours, is equipped with two sofas facing a large-screen television. The open kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the view of the pool and horizon.

The Villa Rosa Blanca has four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:

The first bedroom, with a 160x200 double bed, offers a kitchenette and direct access to a private terrace equipped with sun loungers facing the sea.
The second bedroom, perfect for two children, is equipped with two single 90x190 beds and is oriented towards the garden.
The third bedroom, with a king-size 180x200 bed, offers a spectacular ocean view and features a workspace, television, and access to the terrace to enjoy the sea breeze.
The fourth bedroom, set up as a luxurious suite, has a king-size bed, TV area, kitchenette, and an open bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, you will also find a hydromassage shower and an outdoor bathtub for moments of relaxation.

The 2000 m² landscaped garden houses a magnificent 12m x 3m pool, bordered by sun loungers for moments of relaxation facing the sea. The vast terrace, with its adjustable-slat pergola, is perfect for outdoor meals or simply sipping a cocktail while admiring the sunset.
