Built in the Ali Tur style with a resolutely modern cubic architecture, integrated planters, and round patterns on the facade, it invites you to experience unforgettable moments with family or friends, facing the islet of Le Gosier.
Built on two levels, the villa has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and includes six toilets. Located in the heart of Le Gosier town, on the edge of a cliff, it offers an unobstructed view of the sea, which you can admire from the infinity pool or the various terraces.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: oven, microwave, cooktop, American-style refrigerator with freezer, additional refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, utensils and dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, bean coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and blender. A laundry area with washer and dryer is also at your disposal. For your meals, you can choose to eat outside at a large table for 10 people or at the kitchen counter.
The villa is equipped with a buffer tank (2 x 2000 L) to ensure a continuous water supply, a generator, and an 8 x 3 meter overflow pool.
The vast living space, bathed in light and carefully decorated, opens widely to the outside. The shaded terrace extends the main room, offering an ideal setting to relax, enjoy an aperitif, or share a meal in a friendly atmosphere.
