The Villa Bwa Chik is a clever blend of Creole style and contemporary design, born from the meeting of a wood enthusiast and an interior designer. Their objective? To create a friendly, modern, and charming villa. Mission accomplished through the use of Angelique wood from Guyana, a noble wood that is both decorative and warm, giving this luxury villa its unique character.

Located in the heart of a 720 m² tropical garden, mixing sugar cane, banana trees, lemon trees, palm trees, mango trees and more, the Villa Bwa Chik is a truly prestigious address. Its idyllic setting promises unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Nestled in the sought-after town of Diamant, this villa perfectly embodies the Martinican art of living.

The living room and kitchen merge to create a friendly living space open to the outside. This space allows you to enjoy a relaxing view of the tropical garden and the famous Diamond Rock, also known as the "Lying Woman". In the living room, you'll find a plush sofa, comfortable armchairs, a coconut rug, a wooden coffee table, and a television, creating a place conducive to relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, with a bar and stools for convivial moments.

With an area of 220 m², the Villa Bwa Chik can accommodate twelve adults and four children in its six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilet. Spread over three levels, the bedrooms are elegant and comfortable.

Three bedrooms are located on the terrace level, including two double rooms and one twin room. The master suite, located on the first floor, is spacious and refined. The two other bedrooms are in independent T2 apartments, each with its own living area, a shower room, and a terrace overlooking the pool.

The villa's 60 m² terrace is a true living space, sometimes a lounge, sometimes a dining room, where you can enjoy the softness of the tropical climate. From the terrace, admire the green shades of the surrounding vegetation, a setting conducive to relaxation and daydreaming. Below, a pool beautifully integrated into the tropical garden invites relaxation. With its sun loungers and day bed, this space is designed for you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.
